The expert has significant experience in drafting environmental regulations, as well as in implementation and enforcement of EU environmental aqcuis, including EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) Directive, EIA in a transboundary context - Espoo Convention, Aarhus Convention on free access to environmental information and SEA (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Directive on public participation.
