He started his work as economist and evolved further in many top positions within the private sector, mainly in the food industry, including state secretary within the public agricultural administration. He is extremely familiarized with the financial management of food and agricultural businesses and has a very good experience in economic-financial management and budget design and in the elaboration of business plans and financial indicators. He also possesses an in-depth knowledge of the accession process to EU and of the PRAG and EC procurement procedures for Phare/ISPA/SAPARD.

The expert was member in the team of experts that developed Romania - Country Reports for 1998 and 2002 for monitoring and evaluation the agricultural situation in Romania and she is very experienced in analysis on agricultural economy and rural development.

The expert has good knowledge of environmental protection procedures such us: Works for reinforcement and shuttering details, Collecting and systematization of data from local polluters, Execution details, The rehabilitation of waste water treatment plants. The expert is also experienced in GIS Map preparing (Maps for Environmental Study) and Preparing tender documents.

The expert has large experience obtaining in over 27 years of activity in design and technical assistance, having various tasks and managing positions in design and execution activity. Main works designed: Utility installations for several industrial structures, external plants for drinking and industrial water, water supply plant and sewage, drinking and industrial water plants for fire fighting, technological installations at the pump station of effluent water. The expert has relevant experience in preparation of feasability studies in water and waste management projects financed under PHARE and SAPARD programmes.
