The expert benefits also from previous experience in dealing with Air Emission inventories, working for local Environmental Protection Agencies and National Research Institute for Environment in organizing the reporting systems for air emissions: pollutants, emission factor by pollutants and by source elaboration of environmental impact assessment studies and environmental audits. The experts experience includes modeling of pollutants transport and dispersion in the atmosphere, pollutants source term assessment, models for emission/imission calculation. The expert has carried out several environmental impact studies and elaborated manuals and training courses developed for the environmental protection agencies and inspectorates, designing procedures based on the IPPC implementation requirements and its link with EIA. The expert has also a broad experience in carrying out environmental audits and environmental impact assessment, preparing compliance schedules and broad experience in the implementation of Environmental Management Systems according to ISO 14001:1996 requirements. The expert is also Auditor for EMS certification licensed by the European Organization of Quality. The expert has a very good knowledge of the EU environmental policy and pre-accession financial instruments for CEE Countries, being key-expert on several EU financed projects.

The expert has more than 7 years experience in senior managerial responsibilities, being member of the General Assembly within Regional Environmental Center (Szentendre, Hungary), member of UN/CEE “Environment for Europe” process, State Secretary for Environmental Department within the Ministry of Environment in Romania, Head of international department within an environmental policing and management consultancy company. The expert has been involved in many international projects as an institutional building expert, environmental expert and is currently involved as a Team Leader for the “Development the Turkey capacity in implementation and enforcement through the AC-IMPEL network” project. The expert is an environmental legal expert with professional experience in all aspects of project management and technical assistance for environmental law projects. The expert has significant experience in drafting environmental regulations, as well as in implementation and enforcement of EU environmental aqcuis, including EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) Directive, EIA in a transboundary context - Espoo Convention, Aarhus Convention on free access to environmental information and SEA (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Directive on public participation. The expert has an in-depth knowledge of EU pre-accession funds, programmes and procedures, including the EC Practical Guide for Phare, ISPA and SAPARD. The experts expertise also covers public awareness campaigns, using modern communication tools such as the Internet, along with many types of publications, leaflets, booklets, training, seminars and conferences.
